Comfort First Heating and Cooling

I had an outstanding experience with comfort first heating and cooling today. Now this was not my first experience, but this review counts for the two I have had in one month I had my water heater replaced and my HVAC system inspected. Both times the customer service was outstanding from the schedulers of the appointment to the technicians, arriving on time and everyone being so courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the services they provided. I was extremely impressed with the diagnosis and the exact time. The technicians said it would take to complete the job a special thank you to Timothy for identifying some issues in my HVAC system and the recommendations for the upgrade to the PREMIER ONE duct odor, germ, and much more. I received 5 star sevice with Comfort First Heating, Cooling &Plumbing today. Matthew McFadden and Tim Flesch performed my HVAC maintenance. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They also gave recommendations for equipment I can add. Also, Nick Flesch conducted my plumbing inspection today. Nick was polite, very knowledgeable, and he also taught me a lot about my home plumbing that I did not know. I really appreciate that all three gentlemen, took their time and performed their jobs. I also appreciate all of them for giving recommendations and ensuring that I understood everything. I will continue to choose Comfort First and those three gentlemen in the future.

Mr Lock from Comfort First Heating and Cooling arrived at my home to conduct semiannual routine maintenance. He was punctual arriving at the appointed location and scheduled time. He was courteous - calling ahead of time, providing his name and business, confirming the purpose, and estimate time of arrival. He is professional- with tools in hand, he knocked, announced his name and purpose, requested if he may enter, with cover on his shoes, and asked to see the various locations of the HVAC system before conducting an inspection and maintenance. He is thorough - I watched as he went though each item, inspecting, calibrating, adjusting and cleaning. In the end he provided an overview of the tasks and conseq.uent findings. Best in service!

Comfort First was highly recommended to me by neighbors and friends. We needed a new HVAC company to handle routine maintenance of our system. They were able to get a tech to our house the next day and they showed up within the appointment time. The tech took the time to explain what she was going to do during the appointment and how long it should take. Overall I am very pleased with my first experience with Comfort First.
