Our experience with Comfort Heating and Cooling has been excellent. They are prompt, professional and provide excellent customer service. There is never a good time to need HVAC service but Comfort Heating and Cooling makes it convenient and makes it last. We highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Total Comfort Heating and Air for their great service and professionalism. We have used Total Comfort for over 18 years. When we found out our A/C coil was rusted and leaking, we knew who to call. Cliff came out and we had a new complete system installed 2 days later. I wanted to give a big shout out to the install crew, John Antoine and Ashton. They did a great job removing the old system and installing the new system in 6 hours. They went up and down the steps over 100 times carrying equipment. I always recommend calling around, and looking at all the options, but make sure to call Total Comfort and get a quote for your service.

We have been using Comfort Heating & Cooling at Lifecare Medical Transports since 2016 they are the best when it comes to Heating and Cooling from The awesome receptionist Carolyn who answers your call and gets answers fast and calls you right back to Craig the owner who has always been there to fix our problems the first time we have 2 very large commerical Buildings which Craig did all of the install when the last building was built he also recently installed a new unit in our old building I recommend them they are the best of the best

Heat went out during the coldest part of the year. Second time using this company. Will was the servicing tech. He showed up on time and was very customer oriented, a real nice guy who I felt truly cared about my family’s comfort. Will made the necessary repairs and got our unit running again. He was thorough and quick and I felt very comfortable with him in our home. This company takes care of Veterans and treats us well. They value customer service and the clients hard earned dollars. Our unit is old and needs to be replaced. We’ve decided that Comfort will be the company to make the replacement. You just can’t get customer service like this anymore. Do yourself a favor and call them for all your heating and cooling concerns, you’ll be glad you did!

Josh was absolutely the BEST! He came on a Sunday evening and let me know what was wrong with my heating system within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the part wasn't in, so he took the time to order it right then to ensure it would be here ASAP. It turned out to be a sensor, but he cleaned the bad one and it actually worked until the new part came in which was so awesome because it was 37 degrees that night. He came right out the next day and fixed it within five minutes. Best experience I've ever had with any repair. Professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this business and Josh, as he truly went above and beyond.
