Comfort Plus Services

We had Brendan come to the house as we needed to replace our HVAC system. He was prompt and the meeting went well. We contracted with Comfort Plus to install a new system, as our old one died after getting a quote for the replacement system. They were able to get to scheduled us a few days which was wonderful. The install day went great, we thought , but after the team left we were getting a loud noise from the outside unit. I call Comfort Plus and was pleasantly surprised as they told me she would have Technician to my house in less than a hour, which I thought was awesome. He was able to trouble shoot the problem and the unit has been working great since. My only concern was we did not get the correct thermostat that we paid for on the quotes parts list. They installed a much cheaper one

Comfort Plus Services responded promptly to my request for service. Gave me a “same day appointment “. Tech Mike Neithhardt was thorough in diagnosing my issue. He showed he was a “critical thinker”. Being able to come up with a workable solution other than my the company that I had been using! Mike got the needed parts and installed them on this one service call. Mike sold me on Comfort Plus Service for future twice a year service on my Carrier Infinity Hybrid Heat Pump HVAC and gas backup furnace. We were very happy with the service we received from Brendan, Chris and the install team at Comfort Plus Services. They were super responsive in rescuing us from a broken furnace situation during an extreme cold snap and ice/snow storm. The cost of the replacement furnace was over $7K, which hurt, but seems to be the going rate. We really liked the team's courteous and professional approach. Highly recommend!

I had to get an oil furnace serviced (probably hasn't been serviced in over 30 years) and Alan was amazing! He was punctual, polite, thorough, explained everything in detail and was very easy to talk to! I will be getting the furnace serviced yearly going forward through their member's program and hope they send Alan again!
