Waited 3 weeks for a Chimney Sweep appointment, the tech showed up and told me not to use my wood stove, DID NOT clean my chimney and promised to follow up with upgrade options. After 10 days of no contact, I reached out to the company and was told they were working on a solution. When I received a call later that day I was told there were no options available for a dual sided upgrade. When I asked for a cleaning a second time again I was promised a call back with options and have not gotten a response. I’m sorry, I would not use this company I paid $150 for an inspection I did not want and was fed lies multiple times. Call someone else!!!

Service was quick, professional, reasonable and extremely courteous! They understood our needs and helped to meet them economically. We will be using them yearly for service of our pellet stove!

The crew arrived right on time and were very professional. Both were very knowledgeable and advised me on the overall conditions of my wood stove as well as possible concerns, what to look out for, and how to address it. They also left my home just as clean as when they got there. Would definitely use their services again.

I made appointment. I received updated emails with date and time. Two very polite young men arrived during the time space they provided. Cleaned our chimney. Gave us very good information to help us keep our chimney maintained. I highly recommend.
