Luckily, I discovered Chris at Comfort Pros, and the rest is history. Positives: 1. Extremely fast and responsive communication via email. Being overseas, phone calls were simply not an option. And given 70%+ of the contractors I reached out to by email didn't even bother to respond, I'm confident in saying Chris's level of communication is second to none. I recently had a mini split air conditioning system installed in our master bedroom by Comfort Pros and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish Chris was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Chris took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped me choose the right unit for my home and budget. He arrived on time and treated my home with respect—laying down drop cloths, cleaning up thoroughly, and double-checking everything before he left. The new unit runs quietly and cools the bedroom as needed. Overall, excellent service, fair pricing, and great communication. Solid work from Comfort Pros! My AC stopped working right when the summer temps were starting to kick in and these guys came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Chris did a great job laying out all my options with very reasonable prices. They knocked out the repair that same week and now we are back up and running with cold AC! Highly recommend.

Chris was very responsive and professional with my AC issues. He came for a tune up as I notified our AC was not cooling enough. He gave me a run down on the issues, cost and next steps. Once next steps were decided him and his team were great on getting a fix done and explained everything to me and answered all questions. I highly recommend them!
