The guys at Polished of Austin are awesome. They are professional and great communicators. This was my first year hiring someone to decorate for the holidays. They arrived on time, were quick and did a great job. Kept me informed the whole time. Result looks great. So good that I’m leaving the tree and roof lighting they put up for Christmas on in October to go along with my Halloween decorations. The tree lighting really lights up my lawn. Great experience. I also accepted a proposal for them to come next week to pressure wash my driveway to remove the tire stains and wash all windows inside and out.

Polished hung our lights this year and we could not be more pleased with their pricing, service, and results! Additionally, they were great with communication through the entire process. The lights are perfectly straight and the design was just what we wanted. We will be hiring them again for some of their other services because of how they handle customer relationships and the quality of their work!

Super easy to get a quote from them and easy access to make payments for deposit to set up an install date. Harrison did a great job communicating on installation process. On the day of installation I was not home and they did a great job at communicating on what was being done. We even received a video explaining everything that was done. It was such a peace of mind to know everything look exceptional even though I was not home.Highly recommend ! Great quality work, lights and professionalism. Look forward to having more Christmas installations in the future!
