I've known my share of excellent service folks in Tucson from my experiences in owning restaurants such as the Bull Ring in Casas Adobes. But let's fast forward. That is now history but the fact remains that I found Patrick Ward and his Comfort Response cooling and heating company and without any doubt he and his staff do a super job. They are on the ball with price, efficiency and product knowledge. They are on time and go the extra effort. In my humble opinion Patrick Ward and his staff are delightful and affordable to work with and on top of that they diagnose problems quickly and offer many solutions.
