Comfort Showers & Baths

I’ve been debating on writing a review or not because I believe everyone has different expectations, but then realized it’s important to share my experience in attempts to help others make better decisions than I did. I recently moved into a home that needs a lot of work. I contacted Comfort for one of my quotes on my bathroom and patio door. After meeting with sales guy I felt comfortable and confident and hired them for both. It was a quick simple process which should have been my first red flag. The projects had no project management or detailed description of what was to be done or not done. This led to significant disappointments that extremely lowered the value of what was received. I called and set up an estimate, and they never even showed up. They texted to confirm the appointment the morning of at 8:30am, I confirmed the appointment for 6pm. We can’t even call anyone to ask if they’re still coming half an hour past the appointment time because the office is closed. We had to move our schedule around and my husband changed his work schedule to be at this, so it’s super frustrating for us. 3 stars for now because we’ll give them another chance to reschedule. Will update if they reschedule with us and actually show up. Update: They did reschedule and did show up. We were put on an expedite order because I am pregnant and we really needed this done before baby gets here. We were originally quoted around December, but got the call today they’re going to be here on M
