After Comfort Solutions completed the maintenance checkup on my furnace and AC unit, I felt more relaxed than if I had had a spa day! They were accommodating to my schedule for making the appointment. They arrived as scheduled. Troy and Brady work very well together to get the best job completed promptly and safely. They answered all my questions in a clear manner. They also explained options for my equipment. Yes, a ‘spa day’ analogy might seem questionable but I did feel very confident and comfortable with the professional service from Troy and Brady from Comfort Solutions!

Troy and Brady saved the day after my A/C unit went out. Their communication was excellent and they clearly explained the cost of repairs and recommendations in a way that didn't make me feel overwhelmed. The cost of service was absolutely reasonable and I will most definitely be a returning customer whenever the need arises.

Troy and his team are always pleasant to work with. Same day service is always available when needed. He also does a great job with explaining the problem at hand and going over all options. We always appreciate this because then we know we are being given a fair price instead of an outrageously high bill like we have experienced with previous companies. HIGHLY recommend!!!

These guys are awesome! They saved me from a very expensive furnace replacement by identifying an issue early and getting it fixed in time before my warranty wore out. When I moved back to Wisconsin in 2016, I purchased a home and wanted the furnace checked/tuned up. I decided to choose Troy and Comfort Solutions. Best decision I could have made!
