Highly, highly, highly recommend using Gall Plumbing. Bill, the owner, came out for an emergency sump pump repair on a SUNDAY NIGHT after dinner. I was blown away at how fast he was able to get to our house, in addition to the education he provided on our situation. Bill was straight forward with our need in getting a new pump, and more importantly gave us options. We ultimately went with his best recommendation for a more Cadillac sump pump and we do not regret it. Thanks so much Bill and Gall Plumbing!

Bill Gall called me on a home warranty claim I and walked me through a few things to look at and send him photos of on my malfunctioning water heater. Within a few hours Ben & Roy were here with a new water heater. They took care to keep my floors clean from the snow outside and left my space better than they found it. They spent time walking me through the problem and answered all my maintenance questions. They had to maneuver between a tight space and easily removed a door that was getting in the way with no problem. Kind, professional, and knowledgeable all the way through. Thanks so much! Gall Plumbing just completed several projects for us and we highly recommend them. They are extremely knowledgable, talented and professional. They take the time to explain, in laymen’s terms, what needs to be done and then get it done quickly. Clean up afterwards is fantastic.

Bill was great installing the in floor heating system , water heater , plumbing hook-up and faucets in our horse barn. Excellent work and great suggestions. We look forward to down the road having Bill install Ritchie automatic water systems in our pasture. Very happy with the work!

Gall came out to fix our toilet. It was not an emergency because we have a second bathroom but they were the first to call back so we had them come. It was a quick job, just 15 minutes to replace the internal toilet kit, the parts cost only $56. But we still got a bill for $200! For a 15 minute job! The GALL of them to gouge us like this.
