Comfort Solutions installed my new A/C and Gas Furnace perfectly in one day. Guys were prompt (10 minute early), professional, thorough and answered all questions. After the install I noticed an unusual vibration noise, Comfort Solutions was at my house within hours to resolve it. It was not their new equipment it was the return vents in my 20 year old house. Comfort Solutions gets a "A+" rating from me.

The team at Comfort Solutions was fantastic. From my initial call with Felicia through the service visit from Sebastian, everyone was knowledgeable and super helpful. This was our first experience with an upgraded gas furnace system and Sebastian took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions!

The heat stopped working when it was 30 degrees out. It was a Saturday, and Comfort Solutions got out to me the same day!! It took a little bit to get a response after calling the answering service, but when I did, they came to the house within an hour. Our thermostat was broken. John T was really great. He kept us updated every step of the way. He was quick and efficient. 10/10 I would recommend Comfort Solutions.

Comfort Solutions was amazing to deal with from the first time we spoke with them. We called because we were having an issue with our heat pump. They were able to get a technician out that same day. Unfortunatley our 20 year old system had a leaking evaporator coil, so we decided to just replace the system. I got the quote from Comfort Solutions, but also got quotes from a few other comapnies. Ultimately we went with Comfort Solutions becuase from the very beginning they explained everything clearly, they weren't pushy and trying to sell you things you don't want or need. They cared about our home and wore shoe covers the second they walked through the door. I had quite a few questions about the proposed systems and they worked through them with me and we found a system that I was happy
