The entire Comfort Specialist Air Conditioning & Heating team has take great care me plus five other family members air conditioner & heating system, which we have a mixture of some 2 years old units and some 20 years old units, lucky they offers same day appointment and most importantly they are always very reasonable priced. My HVAC system was affected by a power surge. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Blaine was my technician. He did a very thorough job troubleshooting the unit and getting it back up and working. Not only was he a great tech, he also provide excellent customer service. Fast and efficient service even during the hot summer days in New Orleans. Our compressor went out on a Monday afternoon and Comfort Specialists had someone on location no more than 30 minutes after my call. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back tomorrow for the fix. True to their word, the very next morning we had a new compressor installed and cool air flowing through our house while it was 91 degrees outside. I cannot thank them enough in their swiftness to get us cool air.
