My fiancé and I were on vacation for a week. We returned and our A/C was not working. We did everything we could ourselves to troubleshoot and solve this problem. Finally after installing a new condensate pump and trying again and failing did we decide to call for help. We tried to make an appointment for after 3 because my schedule is not flexible. The 4 local businesses I tried first did not give me assurance they could come after 3, and if they did it would be overtime and cost around 200/hr. I called comfort systems at 3:30, within 15 minutes Chris shows up. He was so friendly and helpful, he encouraged me to watch how he was diagnosing the problem. Explained to me all the details of how my system worked and we followed the problem all the way to my condenser which just needed a reset

Hung about 40' of new ductwork on our business ceiling. Install took them 2 afternoons (we had several people there for the duration of both of their work days to verify), and we were charged 85 hours of labor. More time was spent on their phones and smoke breaks than actually working. After receiving and questioning the $9,000 bill, they made no adjustments. I would invite anyone to come see what 12 hours and $9,000 worth of work looks like to avoid this happening to them. Avoid this company like the plague!

On Christmas Eve a heater stopped working in one of our rental units. Comfort Systems answered their phone, communicated their timeline, showed up, had a good attitude, and stayed until they had the problem diagnosed and a plan. They were one of many phone calls we made that day and their customer service on an "off" day makes me want to hire them first on future projects!

Had issues with our furnace for three years and another local company couldn't figure out the problem after multiple visits. The tech from Comfort showed up within the time frame we were told, and found the problem within 10 minutes. Took him one hour to diagnois and fix the problem. Very professional company. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an annual maintenance appt set for Monday at 8am. I called and spoke with Barb at 8:15am and wanted to confirm my appt time to make sure I didn’t have the wrong date/time. She immediately became defensive with me and told me that there “might be emergencies they are dealing with and that commercial companies have priority” over me. I told her I understand but a call would have been nice letting me know that would be late. She became more defensive and argumentative and when I told her I took the morning off for the appt she said “they should be there within the hour.” Long story short, 2 hours went by and by 10am no one showed up. When I called I spoke to the same person and asked her to cancel my appt and that I would find someone else to come out she replied sarcastically “sure” as
