Danny, Jose, & Jared were out to install some ducting and sheet metal work and they were great. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and looked much better than I had even expected due to the tight space they had to work in.

This is not regarding the company, but the driver. One of the drivers rushed ahead of me when I was in my lane and cut me off abruptly. They Didn’t want to wait for the transition they wanted to MAKE The transition theirs and I found that very rude.

Tell your drivers to get out of the left lane during rush hour if they aren’t passing anyone.

Incompetent driving and lack of self-awareness. When you drive a company truck, make sure you represent it well. I wouldn't trust a guy that doesn't know how to drive and understand the simple etiquette of the road.

I've been using CSUSA for over 25 years now (formerly Tri-City Mechanical) and have only had positive experiences. Tim Plaster worked for years in the field and is now in a position of leadership in the office. As an estimator and overall resource for information, Tim is top notch. Jeff Wikoff and Chuck S. are my in-field contacts that are also a wealth of information. What is most important to me is that I can count on CSUSA to help guide me in the right direction for changes at the facility. It's truly a synergistic relationship wherein I can propose changes and ask any of these guys for feedback, knowing I'll get straight answers.
