We called Art and Adrian today, got an immediate response and in a few hours, the problem was fixed. Best experience EVER! We have 2 units and the upstairs unit was the issue. Thr father and son team arrived, right on time. We were sure the unit needed replacement because that's what we were told by other companies previously. Turns out we needed a new motor and not a new unit. They had to go to the warehouse and get one as it wasn't on their vehicle.. These gentlemen are personable and friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have an excellent work ethic and are honest and offer reasonable prices. Art and Adrian came out to replace our ac unit. They were quick, efficiently, kind, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home. They walked me through every step of the process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Father (Art Castro) & Son (Adrian Castro) Company. Had them come out for a “replacement estimate” but after taking a look at our systems (5T & 3T) units both inside and outside, even looking at the components on the outside units, they said “You have the most reliable components such as the compressor with red tops, that Trane/American Standard has ever made and we’re maintaining some like yours built in the 1980s (R22 Freon) and 1990s (R410A Freon) so we don’t recommend a new system. Just keep up the current systems.” They even offered to help me purchase parts only Certified Trane/American Standard Authorized Dealers can provide such at the electronic portion of a blower😮 Their quotes for some routine work are so reasonable that maybe I need to quit trying to do them myself.
