My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The service was unprofessional from the start: poor communication, promises that were not fulfilled, and changes to the terms after an agreement had already been made. I felt pressured and treated with disrespect on several occasions. Marcos’ attitude was inappropriate and unethical in the way the business was handled. There was a lack of transparency throughout the process, and decisions seemed to favor the company without considering the customer. I definitely would not recommend this company. If you decide to hire their services, make sure everything is clearly put in writing and review every detail carefully before making any payment. Very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional and poorly managed from the beginning. Communication was inconsistent, and they failed to honor the terms of our agreement. What was promised was not delivered, and instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses and changed conditions after the deal was already set. The lack of accountability and professionalism made the entire process frustrating. I would not recommend this company. Make sure everything is clearly documented if you choose to work with them.

I’m a family man and I trusted this company to do what they said they would. They didn’t. They failed to follow through on the agreement and then tried to avoid taking responsibility for it. Instead of fixing the problem, they made excuses and acted like it wasn’t their fault. That’s not how you run a business. I’m seriously looking into my legal options because this is not right. I work hard for my money, and I expect people to honor their word.

Freedom Tile USA did an absolutely amazing job tiling two bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash in my home. The quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. Marcos, in particular, went above and beyond by adding a custom ramp in one of the bathrooms for my elderly mom, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The customer service was exceptional, with great communication throughout the project. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Freedom Tile USA for any tiling needs!
