My central AC Unit broke down on the hottest day of the year. I called Joe and he showed up the next morning with a brand new unit. He replaced the old one and did not leave until he made sure everything was in working order. He is very professional, his service is affordable with many years of experience. Would recommend him for sure.

Joe was recommended to us by our Plumber, a master at his job that we highly respect and trust. Unfortunately, our experience with Joe was completely unsatisfactory. We were charged a significant service fee to be told that our AC was not sized appropriately for our home, and therefore, that was the reason it was not cooling. Our AC has been in place for 7 years, and it stopped cooling 2 weeks ago, so it's clear that there is something wrong with it. After 10' of light diagnosis, Service Fee charged and problem NOT fixed.

Of course our AC goes out the night before we host a party in the middle of the summer. I call Joe early the next morning (Saturday) at 7:30am and he is at the house by 8:15am. The perks of calling a local business owner. He diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty part which he luckily had in the van, and was done all within 30 minutes. I'll be sure to give call a Joe the next time I have any HVAC issues. Highly recommend.

Comfort Zone is awesome! We have been using them for years. Joe is very responsive and comes out right away. They provided us with a new system a few years ago and we never had an issue.

My family and I recently purchased a home and shortly after moving in, both of our HVAC units needed to be replaced. Joe and his team came highly recommended from others in the area. After making a call, Joe and his team were there the next day and within a short period of time, we had two top-of-the line HVACs for our home. Great and timely service.
