My heat stopped working, and I was able to call Comfort Zone and Heating to come in within 24 hours to give me a free quote on replacement options. While Frank was here, he did offer to diagnose my issue and was able to get my heater working again! I appreciated his expertise on the coming updates I’ll need to make, and very thankful he was able to fix the issue while I contemplate the estimates. Highly recommend!

A team of three installed the A/C and furnace. They did a pretty good job, from the quote to the installation. We got the mileage out of both older units when one went down hard. During the quote, I was given insightful information and treated respectfully. Another quote sales pitch used this "is the budget model". Another one just gave me a verbal. One was just overpriced. The install crew answered questions, explained in detail as needed, and even added a few unexpected perks. We must have been way behind in time. We found them reading reviews and they were quick add on making out on short notice. Good job!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My furnace broke at 4pm on a Saturday in the middle of the polar vortex. They came within a couple of hrs. Frank was great! Courteous and knowledgeable. He was efficient in diagnosing and fixing my furnace problem. He also gave tips on maintenance of my furnace and AC to save money in the future. I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

My furnace failed at the worst time, during a week with lows of -15F. I called several places, but Comfort Zone was the only company that was able to get out and see me that day. Frank and Mill did excellent jobs. They explained all my options to me, and helped me decide on a new furnace. They came out to install the very next day, and I am truly grateful for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Frank from Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling came out for an emergency call when our furnace stopped working - right in the middle of the coldest stretch of winter, with temperatures dropping well below zero for days. We were freezing inside and seriously worried about our pipes. (Turns out one in the laundry room had already frozen by the time he arrived.) Our original installer was unavailable, which turned out better in the long run.
