I have called Scott on numerous emergency occasions and he has NEVER let me down! He has repaired my AC unit at my condo and even got me an awesome deal when my furnace decided to croak! Scott will never let you go without heat, AC or hot water if you need him right away. He's very fair and reasonable with his prices. Professional, courteous, and explains everything that you need to get fixed and gives you the choices and costs of fixing it.

We've used Scott a couple times in the past and he was fair and professional. This time he came on a Sunday after a frigid evening and a concern that the furnace wasn't operating properly. Scott made his way over later in the day and assured us all was working well and that he turned the heat up a bit..most others would have taken advantage of the situation but Scott was fair and reassuring.
