David the tech was very rude. He did not inform us the 90.00$ service charge had to be paid in cash. He comes to the house starts the heater and wants the money. My daughter needs to go get the cash but does not do it quick enough for David. He texts me her mother and tells me the service charge is to be paid by the person at the house. Does he think we don't talk?? I told him if he would take a credit card or Debit card it would have been paid immediately. But she had to go get cash and he would have to come back. He gave me attitude but went back and got paid. Have cash for service charge.

This is the Worst Company to do business with they take your money and run and if you have a problem they don't come back to fix or complete the job. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.
