This company caused me a headache. I gave my wife a very good gift. I tried to hang on the wall with this company’s product. After less than a hour it failed down. The weight specification matched. A called the customer service and the only thing they told me was. We cannot give the frame picture costs. We are only able to return the $8 !! They do not care and the other thing is my wife wrote some review in their Facebook page and they deleted. This is not a trusted company.
Good people and great work! Third generation business.
