I recently had my well pump replaced by Water Central and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As a first time homeowner updates and repairs are very overwhelming but Nick was great. He took his time to walk me through what needs to be updated without feeling pressured to make any large commitments up front. Kind and patient and made me feel comfortable making decisions for my home.

My well pump went out Christmas Eve night. I called Christmas day and received a call back almost immediately. Ed came out the next morning first thing and replaced my well pump and connector fittings. We had running water again within 2 hrs of them getting here. Great service and Ed thoroughly explained everything to me.

We were having trouble with our well and treatment system. I did my homework then contacted Water Central. The response from Chris was fast, he had a well pump expert and a treatment expert at my house in under 1 Hour! Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations with options. I chose to do everything in one day and scheduled asap. On the install day both technicians were at our house exactly when they said they would be, and finished the entire job in about 6 hours. We are more than happy with everything. We highly recommend Water Central they are true professionals!

We had a wonderful experience using Water Central. We had a leak in our well causing a large lawn bubble. They were very responsive and repaired the broken pipe and fixed the well. Ed and Andrew were very professional and explained everything once the job was complete. We were so satisfied with the work that we had them return to replace our old well pump. We are very pleased. I highly recommend!
