We had a new furnace install and service call in the last 5 months and from start to finish had a wonderful experience. From the estimate, permit process, scheduling the install, to thr service call, everyone was easy to work with, super helpful, knowledgeable, and really nice! Kait was amazing through out the install, super communicative, helped hit every date, and you could tell she really cares. Josh did the install, which I appreciate how beautiful the pipe work is, his craftsmanship is top notch. He was also super respectful and personable. When i called for service Steph was great, had every set up in minutes with seemless coordination and a guy at my door in hours. I would highly recommend calling if you want a smooth experience with an all around great team!

I hired Conn Mechanical to install a new instant hot water heater. Two young men Josh and Ronnie installed the unit. The young men were very polite and respectful. They worked very well together and did an excellent job. They removed the old hot water heater and all of the boxing material from the new unit. I would definitely say they did a very professional job and I would call Conn Mechanical and request these guys to do any future work or repairs at my home.

Conn Mechanical Systems Services, LLC did an outstanding job installing a closed-loop geothermal system for both the upstairs and downstairs of our home. They replaced our old heating and AC with WaterFurnace units and also installed a desuperheater tank. From start to finish, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Installers were incredibly friendly and respectful, even with a dog and kid running around, and handled everything with patience and care. Time was taken to explain how the system works, all questions were answered clearly, and installation was done right. Everything runs efficiently and quietly, and we’re already seeing the benefits. I had been a customer of CMS for several years. They were instrumental in keeping my outdated system in working order. When I was ready for a new system, I called CMS. They provided me with several options, financing info and even rebates. CMS took care of everything! Because I was replacing the heater, the water heater and the A/C, it was estimated to take 2 days to make the changes. It didn't! It took a day and a half & I even have a beautiful USER FRIENDLY thermostat. The techs kept me informed throughout the install, cleaned up after themselves and even hauled away all of the trash. Every step of the process with Conn Mechanical was easy. Their communication levels are high and efficient. We had a service representative, Luis, come to our property twice in the past several months for routine checkups. Luis was extremely thorough, kind, and patient. He answered all of my questions with each visit and was an absolute pleasure while here. (As a side note and added bonus, he was sweet to my pets, which not only put me at ease but also put my pets at ease).
