Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly searched for any small entries where rodents could access our condo, even behind the refrigerator, stove and dressers. He explained what he was doing to prevent future rodent access. He showed me where the traps were set. Not only does he know his job, but Carlos is a very pleasant and friendly person.
