Commerce Square Parking Garage

Park elsewhere. My worst parking experience in 30 years of NYC, Philly, LA, Paris, etc. High rates. Then their exit gate malfunctions making everyone in line wait 15 minutes or more for which they charge you another $8 so you can finally escape. Their phone is set to hang up on you.

DON’T GO HERE!!! I was there today at around 5:30. I got my car and left and on my drive home I noticed my AirPods where stolen from my car. Not even the case, just the AirPods. Which is very unusual because I know I had them in my case when I left my car with these people. What’s ironic is when the guy gave me the keys he had AirPods in his ears, so im assuming he connected them to his phone and took the AirPods and left the case. Because it’s cheaper to buy the case for it then it is to buy the actual headphones. I’ve called atleast 10 times. NO ANSWER!! Im already 2 hours into my drive back home and it’s pointless for me to go back, but I hope the guy that was working August 17th at around 5:30pm gets fired. Where to park was confusing. Some cars were parked directly in back of each other and I didn't want to be boxed in. There was no one around to help and lighting was poor. 26.00 for two hours wasn't worth it. Good location though.
