The tech was great, but the service dept dropped the ball. I told Marc I did not want to be scheduled from 11am-1:30 and he didn’t inform the tech. The tech arrives at 11:15 and then they charge me $175 for coming over. I called twice to speak to someone about this and emailed Marc…3 weeks later, still no communication from customer service. Will never call them nor recommend them.
The worker that drives truck number 13 cut me off while driving, ran a red light and was speeding!!!! The license plate number is 97681P3. He’s an accident waiting to happen!!!!!! Do something about this driver before your company gets sued.
If I could give 0 stars or negative I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with.

Fixed our walk in freezer correctly, responded promptly when we had a concern about the repair(our misunderstanding), tech was personable and addressed our concerns.
