I recently decided I wanted a keypad lock for my door. I stopped in and spoke with Joe Fucille whose expertise helped explain the difference in the locks I was looking at. Had I not, chance are I wouldn't have the protection I need. Within two weeks I had my new lock and door handle installed by Dan, a true professional. Additionally, he was able to take our existing keys and fit them to our new lock for backup before he left. I highly recommend Commercial Lock and Safe if you are looking for expert and honest advice and/or service.
Joe & Commercial Lock were quick, responsive and super helpful. My 75 year old mother's deadbolt was broken and Joe showed great urgency in helping keep her safe!
This place is great to their customers! Very trustworthy and dedicated to getting the job done right and well! Matt is excellent and pleasant. He will bend over backwards for his clients!
