I had a great experience with Minuteman. From the people who answer the phones to the plumbers, Mike and Dylan everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Mike was able to fix an issue with the boiler that other companies said was unfixable and also clearly explained the issue and presented me with options about how to proceed.

Our service technician Robbie Curran, was polite and gracious. Robbie had a plan once the problem had been identified. Robbie got the existing condenser motor operational on his first visit and offered to provide space heaters in case his temporary fix didn’t last the night. Robbie arrived within reason of the scheduled window that was arranged by text. Robbie replaced the condenser motor efficiently and neatly. Robbie was extremely friendly and affable and regularly laughed at my Dad jokes ! I would not hesitate to ask for Robbie specifically if we need any assistance in the future.

We had Harry and Grant replace our water heater. They were great, very professional, personable and did a great job! Cleaned the area after the finished up and made sure everything was running smoothly before they left. Highly recommend them for service.

We had a great plumber who we used for many years, John Rizzo. He retired earlier this year, and now we use Minuteman. Today, technician Duy Nguyen came over because of a leak under the kitchen sink.
