Completely unreliable with zero follow up. My father made an appointment for them to pick up an old appliance. It was moved to the front of the house per their instructions. I called the day before to confirm they were still coming. No response. Texted the morning of to confirm. No response. Its been a week and we had to find someone else to remove it. Still no response.
