Cousin Vinny's Pizza has been using CPS and lots of other companies for over 15 years and CPS gets the job done correctly. Good work isn't always cheap. In our experience CPS will be the most accurate.

I'm contacting your company to report a road rage incident one of your employees had with me which seriously disturbed me. I was turning on to North Fairfield Rd from my street, North Drive, August 14 about 2pm. There is construction right now on N Fairfield and sometimes traffic slows and even stops. The other day traffic was completely stopped and I was turning right, I positioned my car behind another and in front of the employee driving the van with plate no. PKH 8963. They took GREAT issue with me getting in front of them. They honked their horn repeatedly as we eventually drove down the road. I got into the right lane and they continued this interaction, signaling me to roll down my window. This person shouted at me, saying "you cut me off, why did you cut me off." Again traffic was

Commercial Parts & Service should be avoided if possible. They take your credit card info up front before providing any service. They then provide terrible service and then you get overcharged significantly for what they did not provide. We paid them 3 times more in one basic diagnostic service call than we have other companies that have been out here multiple times. We attempted to contact them to get an explanation of the charges but the would not return our calls or work with us. Take our advice and avoid them if possible. Since our interaction with them we have been made aware of others that have experiences the same thing. The BBB has multiple complaint on them as well.

I had an issue with my NUVU bread oven at my Subway located at Jeffersonville.I contacted Rob,GM of CPS Daytin last Friday and explained to him about the issues with my bread oven and what the tech from other companies did and my oven still did not work. I must say Rob was very responsive , diligent and helped me throughout the process from ordering the part to having it repaired by hos tech Scott today. I highly recommend CPS Dayton for all repair works that need to be done on heating equipment as I have had the best service experience from them compared to any other company in Columbus and Dayton areas. Great job Rob and thanks a lot to Scott who worked on my equipment today.

Had problem dianosed, parts order, and put in, then told it was something else, which should have been checked first. Had 3 different techs work on problem, seemed like they repeated what first tech did. At $100 an HR they were not in a hurry or care about my business. I don't mind paying for work, but not 3 times. I have used them many times in past, but never again. Even tried to have reasonable conversation with manager and he tried to BS me and had no idea about anything that was done. Really feel cheated. BE CAREFUL .
