One of the best shippers I check in at 10 got out 10:30 one of the service ℹ have seen Other companies should get trained from them

I contacted Commercial Plastics WI to alert them that a delivery of their material was accidentally made to the wrong company. I expected them to be accommodating, instead, I was greeted by a short tempered "manager" who was huffing, puffing, and sighing for the duration of our 3 minute conversation. The Shipping Manager didn't bother to take down any of my information - not even my name or contact information. Instead, she asked that I email her a reminder to schedule the delivery. I haven't done business with Commercial Plastics, so I can't speak about their product quality. I know I won't because of the customer service experience I just had.

parking lot is terrible for maneuvering a big rig, they don't load from 2:45 to 3:15 for shift change which is not great since I arrived at 2:30 to be told to wait since the docks were already full anyway...2 hours and I'm still waiting to get loaded...

Arrived at 7am, was put in a door and they started loading me. My appointment was 800-1400. Super nice people.

Great experience picking up a load here. 17 pallets...in and out in 30 mins.
