Commonwealth Builders and Services

We hired Commonwealth Builders to finish a bedroom in our basement. Roger and his team are top notch. Christian is an artist with drywall finishing. I have lived in Northern Virginia for over 15 years and have not worked with anyone that lives up to the professionalism, honesty and straight forward approach that Commonwealth Builders demonstrated throughout the bedroom project. They were on time everyday, respected the house like it was their own, did the work quickly, but did not rush anything. I will absolutely continue to work with Roger and Christian and highly recommend others do too.

We've used Roger and team for the past few years after being referred to him. They did a great job with some general house repairs (wall patching,trim install) when we first Met. Then after you find a contractor you can trust we gave him a shot with our bathroom. They did not disappoint, from the design process to full build out of our bathroom. We were looking for the "Spa feel" and they advised on earth tones and sit in tub. 1 year later we still love the look and feel and have never had anything but great compliments on our bathrooms. We look forward to having Roger and team do our roof in the fall and if the budget permits addition recessed lighting in the living room. Thanks guys for giving us peace of mind in our house. They were fast and clean, which is good for our business. They repaired our walls after a pipe burst due to the cold and even supplied the plumber. Headache free and turned out great even down to color match on the paint.
