We had a wonderful experience with Community Heating and Cooling. We did get a couple quotes for air conditioning from different companies, but we were so happy with our choice. Not only did we save a lot of money, but the customer service and work was excellent. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need. I got responses by email almost instantly. Their employees were super polite and respectful and I felt comfortable with them being at my home. I would highly recommend them.

We are so thankful for the dedication, and wonderful service, from Community Heating and Cooling... they went above and beyond, and totally saved our butts!! We had all but given up on having our system repaired, but Hank dug in and found solutions when everyone else had told us there was nothing they could do. We were just digging in to figure out how to get fiances for a whole new system, when Hank called to let us know he was able to locate parts that "should" work. Fingers crossed, we hoped for the best, still planning for the worst. The parts came in and Chris, a service tech, went straight to work. Kai is so kind and helpful in every process. She rocks! Michelle returns and answers my calls so promptly! The guys who installed the system were very polite and respectful. I was home all the time they did the work and they were very respectful! Best of all is they cleaned the area they worked after they’re done - like they were never there! Our home is now comfortably warm and I’m looking forward to a comfortably cool summer time!

Five Star Service! I asked for a quote from 3 companies for a heat pump. Community Heating and Cooling came in with the best bid by far. They were professional, timely and responsive! They came and did the whole job in just one day. They also worked smoothly with the bank who financed us. They cleaned up after they were done as if they have been never there and provided me with good training on the system. I highly recommend using Community Heating and Cooling. If you are thinking of using them, do it you'll be happy you did. They treated us so well I will certainly use them again. Our home is so comfortable using the system they installed.

Kai and Corey are amazing! Every part of this entire process was so smooth—from initial estimate to installation, including financing. These guys are dedicated to getting things right for their customers and are very straightforward: they gave us options on our quote, and when it was time to install Corey realized one item we’d requested was unnecessary. He explained what he found, asked how we would like to proceed, then promptly updated our quote so we would know exactly what to pay. Not to mention, the work was flawless.
