Amazing service! We had a leak in our main water service line from the street that needed urgent repair. Marc on the phone coordinated with our water works company to have the water shut off. Kevin arrived promptly, identified the issue, located the leak and had it quickly resolved. We are so appreciative of his kindness, attentiveness and ability to explain everything he was doing to us. You can tell he knows what he is doing and cares about his craft. We won’t hesitate to call again for anything plumbing/heating related, very happy we called Competitive Plumbing and Heating!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Competitive Plumbing and Heating and the owner Marc. We were facing every homeowners nightmare, a clogged sewer line at the septic tank, on a holiday weekend and with guests at the house. The sewer had backup into all the tubs. We tried everything ourselves to clear it, our drain auger was not long enough and none of the usual assortment of chemicals made a dent. We had never needed the services of a plumber before so we were blindly searching online and make desperate call after desperate call. They were on time, super communicative, and it was refreshing to actually talk to a real person right away. Kevin was our service plumber. Incredible guy. After the miserable pain of needing to get two hot water heaters in less than 20 years along with a basement flood, this time I hired Marc & Julio from Competitive Plumbing & Heating to install a new one. Marc approached the job with the kind of proactive thoughtfulness that you just don’t find in other plumbers. He was up late working planning thoroughly -exceptionally- through details with me on ways to make this the best (most long lasting) water heater we ever had. Our water pressure at our home failed on a Sunday and Mark called us right back and offered to come out and diagnose the issue within hours. He was able to confirm it was most likely our well pump, offered some great advice and a nominal fee for his time. I recommend Competitive as well! Great experience.
