Ryan has serviced our oil burner system for several years. Always pleasant and does a thorough job. Today I had to call for emergency service and he was able to fit us in. He came out and fixed the expected issue, but noticed things were not completely right. With a little effort and a lot of knowledge, he found a small oil leak that if left unfixed would have likely resulted in a big failure down the road. Most other repair techs, would have slapped new parts in and ran for the door. Not Ryan as he is top notch and has integrity. I highly recommend his service.

We have a very old boiler system, running on black cast iron piping, which sprang a drip. That drip turned into a full on leak come this fall. Ryan came as quickly as he could just to look and give me peace of mind. Gave his recommendations, and even called/text in to check up. He was able to even rig a way to fix the type (again, VERY old system) with a small replacement in that area. HIGHEST OF HIGHEST recommendations for this guy!! **UPDATE** 12/9/23: Had another leak come about (2 to be exact) and due to my prior experience, hired Ryan back. Did he just fix the pipe? Oh no, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to try and get the boiler back online after 12 hours of not being on. He was not able to get it up, but really tried as best he could, with the tools he had, to save us. Again HIGHEST recom

I called Ryan in the middle of the night panicked about losing heat to my house. He answered politely, tried to help me troubleshoot on the phone, and let me know that he wasn't going to be able to make it to my house that night. Of the 15-20 companies I called, he was the only one to actually respond like I was a human with a cold house. He told me if I couldn't get it fixed that night, to message him with my details and he'd be over the next morning. He came promptly, was polite and knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. Within 20 mins he had repaired my furnace, and waited until he was sure it was functional before leaving. His prices were very reasonable, his service was excellent, and he has made himself a life-long customer from being kind on a phone call. Thank
