I pay for their twice‑a‑year maintenance plan, yet every single year it’s the same issue: I have to chase them just to get the appointment I’m already paying for. Last year they took my payment, a month went by with no call, and when I reached out, I was told they “put it on the wrong month.” Then the next time, I had to reschedule four days before the appointment and was hit with a $50 fee. Four days’ notice — and they still charged me. This year, the payment comes out again… and once again, no call, no text, nothing. I waited a week and finally called them. Their excuse? I recently had Complete Air Solutions replace and install a new handler and outdoor unit. I already had several other companies come out to give estimates and at the last minute decided to get one more estimate with Complete Air... And I am so glad I did! From the moment we met, Tony just wanted to make sure I was well informed and had all my questions answered. No gimmicks, no pressure - Just patient, friendly, and professional. Hunter came out to check the unit. Tony told me over the phone that it was just a bad disconnect and it was flipped in the off position. I tried explaining to him that that couldn’t be the only problem because I was the one who put the disconnect in the off position only AFTER my tenants complained about the unit not cooling after being on heat. Tony thought I would be thrilled that not more was wrong, except I just had this feeling that couldn’t be the problem. Alas, that wasn’t the only problem. Maybe don’t take their word for it.
