Complete Basement Systems

In June 2024, Complete Basement Systems encapsulated my crawl space and added spray foam insulation. I was very impressed by the work done and the engineering involved. The interior climate of my extension and basement was greatly improved, and my cricket problem was completely solved. There was a roadblock initially, and rather than power through with a quick fix, they went back to the drawing board and returned once they determined the proper solution. You can trust this company to handle any job in your house with professionalism and care.

I used Complete Basement Systems for my finished basement taking in water in 2 different spots when it would rain 1-2 inches. They came for an estimate, explained everything, and answered all of my questions- even if I had questions after and I’d email them. They water tested the areas and determined where the water was coming in. After they finished, they tested it again and no water. The REAL test was last week. My town got 10 inches of rain in less than 3 hours!!! Yard was a pool and my street was a river- yet not one drop of water in the basement! I can’t recommend Complete Basement Systems enough!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used CBS for waterproofing needs in my basement. The first was over 15 years ago and that system is still operating flawlessly. Unfortunately I’ve had some issues with the French Drain pipes that were originally installed many years ago (not by CBS). Although a complete basement rip out could have been warranted, with Daniel’s help we were able to figure out a way of fixing the problem without the stress and high cost of demolishing my finished basement. With the amazing help and support from Jessica, a team (lead by Dave and Tony) was sent to me on short notice and did a great job installing a second pump system which was able to reroute the water that was stuck under the floor and which seeped into the basement through the cove joint every time it rained.
