Jorge and his helper were great! They explained what they were doing, and answered all of my questions. The chimney looks brand new. They did a great job, and had pride in their work. The office was also very responsive to any questions I asked. Complete Chimneys created a less stressful situation with their ethical work, and followed the BIA guidelines. Very satisfied with all of the services I received from Complete Chimney from my first phone call inquiring about a sales call to installation day. Joe and his team were very professional and informative about what would be comparable to what we had already and how the new equipment would work. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly anytime they called and the install team was also very friendly and kept a clean work area.
