Joe and Israel were the two gentlemen who came out and installed our brand-new furnace, and they did an outstanding job. I also want to give a big shout-out to their supervisor Wyatt. He came out first and did one of the most thorough inspections I’ve ever seen. He showed me pictures and videos and carefully explained how dangerous our old furnace actually was. There was carbon monoxide leaking in our home, which could explain why some of us had been feeling sick. The best part is this inspection didn’t cost me a dime. It was completely free. I gave this company the opportunity to keep my business because my first experience was really bad and while I thought they meant what they said I found out all they cared about was getting my money. Over $57,000 in a year’s time. They suggested a system replacement because I had a coolant leak and claimed the attic furnace unit was so old there was no make/model on it. They recommended a heat pump because it’s economical although they knew I could not access the attic due to fall risks and health. They said it was much more economical and they could put a filter access in reach. That turned out to be untrue so they put it in the ceiling requiring a step ladder and claimed they would change it for us. Fantastic service start to finish. Costumer service over the phone was super polite and very flexible with my busy schedule trying to get someone to come do a routine check-up on the house. The technician who came out to test the plumbing, Kyle, tested water pressure, checked for leaks, and identified a few small issues that I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. He was professional, friendly and transparent about everything he found. His explanations were easy to understand and genuinely helpful. I feel more confident about the condition of my home’s plumbing thanks to his work. Five stars, all around.

I had a new condenser and duct work installed without issue. Techs were great and got it installed quickly. That is the only reason for the two stars. The scheduled maintenance is a sad joke. Complete comfort knows it’s a joke. Look at the other reviews and you will notice the same complaint. They repeatedly cancel maintenance appointments. They do not provide a time when they will arrive. There is zero communication until they call to cancel on the day of your scheduled maintenance. Do they offer to reschedule anytime soon? Nope. It’s a minimum of 3-4 weeks if you are lucky. And then it’s zero communication again until the next cancellation. Why would you want to deal with that kind of aggravation? You can find better around Indianapolis. You deserve better.

I called Complete Comfort Heating and AC to check a concern I had with my furnace. Quentin, was the service technician who arrived within 2 hours of my call. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing very well. He also gave me options as to what remedies were available. Complete Comfort did not try to oversell me on anything, and I felt like I was being dealt with fairly and honestly. Their prices are competitive and they have a very good service plan which I took advantage of. I highly recommend them for any heating or AC or plumbing needs.
