The technician was on time, professional, and had everything fixed super fast. Highly recommend if you want fast, quality service done right the first time!

The HVAC service provided by this company has been extremely poor. They appear to misrepresent or omit key service details, possibly in an attempt to avoid accountability. In my case, the air conditioning in my unit was not cooling properly. I was blamed for setting the fan to “on” instead of “auto,” but this explanation is misleading. The “on” versus “auto” setting controls only the fan's operation—not the cooling function. I’ve consistently used the “on” setting during previous summers and winters without issue. This setting simply determines whether the fan continues circulating air when the cooling or heating cycle is off.
