They explained everything that needed to be done. They were fast and very courteous. The price was very reasonable. I am definitely using them on my next plumbing project.

My parents are elderly my mom is caretaker for my dad who is on hospice and they have fixed income. My mom said in conversation with the manager from the hospice she was waiting on me to install her new kitchen faucet and a new flapper on her toilet(she had already purchased both items and had already cleaned out the cabinet under sink) and the man told her oh I know a guy that will come by and do that for you. My mother was under the impression he knew someone who was a handyman and helped out elderly low income people. So here comes TWO plumbers and had these easy no brainer jobs done in less than and hour and that included a trip to get a different toilet flapper because Lowe's guy gave her the wrong one. They never said anything about cost until they were ready to leave and handed her

Extremely satisfied with the service received from this company. They go above and beyond! A water softner line freeze and break and they came and fixed the lines, also had a shower leak and a hot water issue in our 2nd bath they came and corrected the issue, found the leak and fixed it as well as leave the shower working and looking better then it ever has. I had a couple of issues and they came out that day and got everything taken care. Complete Plumbing was friendly and helpful and arrived on time. They quoted me a price before starting the work and it came out a little cheaper than expected.

When we moved into our home 3 years ago, we had to have 4ft of plumbing replaced in our backyard by another company. Come to find out they didn’t not use the correct pipe so we started experiencing toilet blockages again. We called Complete and they were out within two days to scope our lines to identify the problem. They even showed us the video as they scoped the lines. They ended up replacing our cleanouts and installed the correct pipe. Everyone was very communicative, prompt, and kind. The work is well done and fairly priced.
