I’m sure our build was probably the most frustrating they have ever experienced. We bought a lot that was part of a utilities expansion project meaning we had to wait for city water and sewer to be installed in our neighborhood. They would have had the house completed in 6-8 months(which is incredibly fast in Florida)but it stretched out to 15 months because of the utilities.At times we directed our frustrations at them for this and we sincerely apologize as they were at the mercy of the expansion timeline. The houses they build are second to none in the quality of construction and price! I dare you to find a house built better and more beautiful! The houses they build already come with many upgrades, including a metal roof,steel frame walls and pool cage picture screens. That’s not enough

Pepe and his son Freddy build an awesome house. They put personal touches and take pride in the house they build. We lucked into purchasing a house they were already building and I couldn't be happier with them as builders. Beyond that, they are just great people that we are glad we met and look forward to using their services again in the future.
