I did not use their services but did have Shawn come out to inspect my crawl space for any major issues that I needed to address. He was very professional and honest, and did not try to sell me on anything I did not need. I would call CRS for any future needs without hesitation.

After having our apartment flooded by our upstairs neighbor our property manager chose Complete Restoration Services to get things back to normal. Considering the circumstances we were tense and very unhappy with our lives being upended by the repairs. After the water line to our refrigerator failed overnight we called up CRS at my mother's recommendation--they'd done an excellent job on her washer-induced flood a couple years back--and I have no regrets about that choice. Shawn and the damage mitigation crew were at our house within an hour of my voicemail and handled the drying and initial removal efficiently and effectively. Maybe they know what they’re doing with other disaster restoration services, but these guys are clueless when it comes to mold remediation. We are in the process of buying a home and during our inspection found mold in the attic and crawlspace. The seller did not want to use the mold remediation company we suggested and decided to go with Complete Restoration Services as a cheaper option. CRS came out, did their thing, and claimed the job was done. We had our reinspection and there was still mold everywhere in the attic and crawlspace. We took 5 samples and paid for them to be tested. All 5 came back with extremely high levels of mold only days after the remediation. CRS came back out, did their thing, and told us that now the job was done.
