Ken and crew were professional, timely, and affordable. I will definitely use them as the need arises!

I would give this a zero if I could. I have repeatedly requested a roof inspection and, if needed repair. "Ken" in the Charlevoix office kept saying he'd stop by. I finally requested through their website and he called and said he'd be by at noon the next day. He never showed up or called or texted. I'm done with these folks. Terrible customer service.

Ken was great with communication and they were at the project the day they said they would be there. Exceeded my expectations with completion.

Roof was replaced quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for harder workers. The result is great.
