I called CSI to schedule an appointment and Ted was available to come out the same day. He came out promptly and inspected my basement for radon mitigation. Ted was personable and professional. He explained the process thoroughly and was a pleasure to talk with. I scheduled my mitigation and am extremely pleased! We recently tested the radon levels in our home and were surprised when the levels came back very high. We contacted the team at CSI Radon after receiving a positive referral from a friend. The owner, Ted was easy to talk to, fast to respond and confident in his ability to solve our problem. Knowledgeable, Courteous, prompt, honest and efficient. I did my comparisons before hiring them, as their proposal was more expensive, but it was the only one that gave 1) a thorough explanation of how it would work in my home, 2)a post treatment measurement, 3)a guarantee of a Radon level below 4, considered safe, without additional unnamed charges if more work needed to be done to achieve this. I was at 11, now I am at 0.5! I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend CSI if you have a radon issue in your home. Ted and his group are very professional and will have your system installed quickly. For all the work done, my home was left spotless when his crew left. They were very responsive to my needs and placed the system in an area where it is out of sight to the road and away from my wife's outside sitting area. I received a complete report showing the radon levels over a 48-hour period. I started with levels of 19 in my basement and 16 upstairs. I now have radon levels <2 in both areas. Great company and great experience!

Joshua and Ethan were awesome! They did an excellent job installing the system! They were so 'down to earth '. Joshua explained how everything was going to be done and what to expect.
