Ohio Water Heaters was easy to work with from the people in the front office to their technicians. Before the end of the year, I decided that I wanted to take advantage of the tax credit on a heat pump water heater. They were able to get me on the schedule and I have nothing but good things to say about the installers. There were a couple of minor things that needed addressed after the install and they were quick to come out to get things taken care of. I highly recommend this company!!
