Very surprised at the negative reviews. A house I own, the water heater blew and there was over an inch of water in the cellar. Called Complete Restoration Service (CRS) and they were there the same day I called. Other companies would either not call me back or called up to 2 weeks from when I called. They immediately cleaned up the mess and left fans to air out the cellar over the weekend. Sent a claim to my insurance company and had to pick up the rest due to my deductible. Price was fair and work completed to my tenants satisfaction which says a lot. I would use them again if I had another flooding in my basement.

Terrible horrifying and traumatizing experience. Have to request several times for them to actually show up and do something. We were more than patient with them and even when things started to seem a bit fishy we still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Until we uncovered their lies . Signed a contract with them only to find out they were telling lies to the insurance company and saying the contract was not yet signed in order to criminally receive more money. Insurance fraud and customer neglect. My family has been without a home after a house fire for 18 months now and all that has been done is demolition. We paid 110,000 to fulfill our side of the contract. The rest is to be paid when a certain percentage of the house is built..and they have done nothing to fulfill their end and now h

What an awful experience. Finding out our home was flooded due to a busted water-pipe while we were away was awful, but our recent experience with CRS made it so much worse. The only good thing I can say is they took my call right away and had someone at my house the following morning to start the restoration process. That was the last good thing I have to say. My issues range from out right lying to me, to not doing what they said they would do. During the initial stage I received lots of "yeses" and "Of course we will do that." As the days went on I realized I was getting solely lip service. They did not get dehumidifiers or fans in my house until 6+ days after they were awarded the job. Once excuse after another. Then they disregarded our instructions about personal property.

Really I would give zero stars if I could. CRS came to my home after a tornado hit it. It was my first time with any experience with contractors, repairs etc so I admit I was very naive...in addition to the fact that I could not witness the work. Short story is that 7 years later, the roof they never really fixed after multiple call backs, still leaks, the front porch they had to rebuild is falling apart, the ceiling cracks they were supposed to repair are resurfacing with the vengeance of a bad cover up job. I had given up on calling and recalling for them to fix everything (what I told is only a small part of the whole story) but I would NEVER recommend this company to do any work. I called CRS in a panic as my subpump stopped working and my basement was flooding,8 inches (and growing). The woman on the phone was incredible. Her calming way first and foremost was amazing. In a situation as this panic strikes and she was very reassuring. The gentleman that came out to my home, (in a very timely manner, I might add) was so patient answering my questions, explained what he was doing and was so professional. It took quite a few hours for the job to be completed but it was done and everything was as clean as clean could possibly be. I had the pleasure of speaking to the owner a few days later as I had some additional questions. He not only took the time to speak to me but also recommended some things to do in regards to the damage that occurred. I can not recommend
