Do not hire this company. They will sell you on a lifetime warranty for their work, but they won't tell you that they actually will not honor these warranties at all, and they will dodge every call and email you send for weeks and weeks and weeks. If they do answer, they will tell you their work is fine. My house is featured on their website as a case study for their foundation work. See the pictures I attached of my wall now cracking where they made their repairs. The work CSI did cost $26,000. I've since had an independent structural engineer come to our home and a couple of other foundation companies who told me these cracks should be fixed under CSI's lifetime warranty. They replaced a sump pump and it only lasted a year and change. They also charged me twice what it cost elsewhere. I would shop around and compare before hiring.
