I called in after our contractors walked out with 2 of ours doors leaving us screwed. I called these guys for advice and to see if they sold just doors. I did not BUY anything from them but they offered me other alternative solutions that I didn’t think of as well. That’s true business. Not taking the sale cause you can’t but helping people who come to you seeking it. Thank you guys!

Complex Woodwork was a recommendation from my contractor, and I can see clearly why they are recommended. Anna designed a kitchen that looks fabulous and walked me through the entire purchasing and delivery process. When I couldn’t decide on a color scheme for my countertops, she lent me her sample pieces and encouraged me to shop around, even if it meant going somewhere else to do so. Anna genuinely ensured I was happy, and that is a true mark of professional and empathetic customer service. Also worth mentioning, Anna opened her shop on a weekend day to accommodate my schedule; her dedication to ensure I had a kitchen I’d be happy with left a wonderful impression. I am eternally grateful.

We recently purchased cabinets and our countertops from Anna and Val. I was very impressed with how helpful and how professional they both are. Anna helped us design our kitchen and her ideas and input were fantastic! I love the selection they have. They are very communicative and respond immediately to my many questions. It was really great to work with a team that really cares for their customers and puts their heart into it. It really shows and I very much appreciate it. The turn around time was very quick with receiving the cabinets and the countertops. We were very lucky to have Anna and Val on our team to help us renovate our new home. Val and Anna are great!! They are very helpful with picking out cabinets, countertops, etc. Anna drew up our kitchen layout and gave great suggestions.
