We just experienced a break down on our Trane unit 06-13-2025 , I called Comstock after hours and a tech arrived about a hour after making the call. Courteous service as expected just like the owners were when we purchased our unit 12 years ago. They have a vey competitive market they know that as I told them I had multiple bids before them. Comstock Air installed our new A/C system and did a phenomenal job! They are extremely professional from beginning to end. They carefully explained the options that were available to us and what the installation process would entail. Their prices are fair and the work exceptional. Was referred to this company and when they showed up for an inspection of a room they didn’t do much other than what I already inspected. 5 minutes and $95 later, room is still warmer than the rest of the house and I think something is wrong. Just a bad initial experience.
